Zach

Zach Kaeser

Zach first picked up a guitar when he was 13 years old. Inspired by the indie rock revival happening at the time, he and his friends chose their instruments and started jamming in his parents’ basement on weekends and making cacophonous recordings on his Windows 98 PC. One of those early recordings was entitled “Strokes Song”, so even though he had just missed the scene at the Mercury Lounge and other Lower East Side establishments a few years prior, the Strokes were very much a part of his still forming musical DNA.
The interlocking rhythms and melodies in the guitar work of Albert Hammond Jr. and Nick Valensi greatly influenced his approach as lead guitarist of Philadelphia indie rock outfit Ridge Runners, and now that he’s settled in New York, he’s excited to wear that influence on his sleeve as a member of Last Nite!

Rob

Rob DiCicco

Rob DiCicco has been playing bass since he was 12 years old. Growing up in the suburbs of Philly, Rob studied bass through jazz music, playing in several combo groups and high school jazz ensembles. Rob then went on to study music at the University of Virginia, where he continued to play in jazz small groups and formed a college indie rock group, The Shrugs. Since moving to New York, Rob regularly gigs with original and cover musicians in NYC and surrounding areas. He is excited to encapsulate the style and sound of Nikolai’s bass lines with LAST NITE.

Jens

Jens Look
